Chandler and Me pride ourselves on the quality of The Candle Maker appliance and offers a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. If you have a faulty unit and you have been unable to troubleshoot the issue please follow these steps;

- Attach your proof of purchase
- Package up your unit and contact us when it is ready to go
We will diagnose the fault, determine if it is a warranty issue and advise the outcome.
If the result of your product inspection reveals a manufacturing defect we will go ahead and repair or replace the unit and send it back to you at no cost. If the unit is out of the warranty period (12 months after purchase) we will quote you the repair fee before proceeding.
If the unit is within the warranty period but the fault is not covered by warranty (such as user error, or if any unauthorized use is evident) you will be required to pay the cost of the courier for both the pickup and the return.
